| Educational Visit by Students from National School St. Joseph, Kuching, Sarawak

Penang, 21st October 2011 - A group of 40 primary school students accompanied by five teachers from School St. Joseph, Kuching, Sarawak paid a visit to IPharm.
The students were brought on tour to introduce them to various laboratory instruments and the research projects carried out in the different departments in IPharm.
This visit was aimed in giving the students an insight on the technologies developed in our institute and the potential in the field of Health Biotechnology at IPharm in the simplest way that corresponds to the primary school students.

Penang, 18th October 2011 - A team of Agilent CEO led by the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. William P. (Bill) Sullivan paid a courtesy visit to IPharm.
They discussed matters pertaining to collaboration between IPharm and Agilent. The Agilent, as the world’s premier company offers the broadest range of innovative measurement solutions in this industry.
The company focuses on three main fields such as Chemical Analysis, Life Sciences and Electronic Measurement. They were brought on a brief laboratory visit by the staffs of IPharm.
